“The Gallim space is warm, easy and full of good energy. You really feel welcomed into the space. Some spaces you are hit with rules and regulations before there is a relationship, Gallim is the opposite — you connect with staff on a human relationship level and then learn what you need to know about the space. This may seem like a small thing but it really sets up a welcoming creative environment. Out of the two week lab time we developed the approach and bones for two new works that toured winter of 2014 — Hep Hep Sweet Sweet and Walking with ‘Trane…chapter 2.” – Jawole Willa Jo Zollar, Urban Bush Women, Founder and Choreographer
